Tamar Braxton has been confirmed as a surprise addition to the roster at Epic Records. According to the label's official website, the Braxton Family Values breakout star now joins the likes of Ciara, Andre 3000 and Jennfier Lopez. Must Read: LeBron James & Fiancee Savannah Brinson Finally Set Wedding Date The youngest Braxton was originally signed to her husband Vincent Herbert's label Streamline Records, a division of Interscope Records, in September 2012. There's no news yet on why she made the move, but we do know her upcoming new album Love & War was due to hit stores on February 12. If you are a Tamar fan then you know how excited she is to release her new material. With that said, we don't know if the label switch up caused the delay, or if the delay caused the label switch up. A new release date has yet to be announced, but the album's first single, by the same name, has taken the radio by storm. As we impatiently wait to hear songs from her sophomore album, we might as well enjoy the video for "Love & War," over and over again.
Has leaking Beyonce's material become a new trend? First her 4 album hit the Internet 16 days before its release date, and now a tracklisting for her upcoming fifth album has surfaced online. According to reports, someone from her production team "accidentally tweeted" a picture of the album's tracklist, which also details the project name and release date. Beyonce's reps have yet to confirm if the leaked information is accurate, but if the rumors are true her highly-anticipated album will be titled Mrs. Carter, which makes sense considering her tour is called The Mrs. Carter Show, the first single will be "Ratchet" ft Lady GaGa and Azealia Banks and the project will hit stores on April 11. The alleged tracklist is as follows:01. Ratchet (feat. Lady Gaga & Azealia Banks)02. Back 2 Business (feat. Jay-Z)03. Roller Coaster (feat. Justin Timberlake)04. Visions (feat. Sia)05. Dance (I'm Soon Over) (feat. Rihanna)06. More Than Sex (feat. Ne-Yo)07. Better Than Ever Before (feat. Solange Knowles)08. Runway09. Sensations10.12 Roses11. It's All Over Whoever is responsible for the leak should be careful. Sony Music recently filed a $233,000 lawsuit against the man accused of hacking Beyonce's 4 album.
Appearing on the season premiere episode of Iyanla Vanzant's 'Fix My Life,' Yonkers rapper, DMX, born Earl Simmons, exploded at the motivation guru, telling her in so many words to fix her life. Vanzant, well known for asking searching, difficult questions of those who come to her for help, was unprepared for "The Dog" to bark. But when he did, she had no problem giving it right back to him. "Shut the f*** up, man!" DMX screamed at Vanzant. "I'm not intimidated by you," she returned calmly. "You ain't got to be intimidated, just stop running your mouth!" Tell Iyanla to stop talking? He must not have gotten the memo that that was a no-no. See more of the promotional clip below: DMX — who has been in and out of jail for years, while battling a crippling drug addiction — also appeared on the reality show "Couples Therapy" with ex-wife, author Tashera Simmons. The second series of "Iyanla: Fix My Life" premieres Saturday, April 13 at 9PM EST. Read more at http://newsone.com/2267461/dmx-iyanla-fix-my-life/
Kanye West is not feeling MTV’s Hottest MC’s in the Game VIII list, especially his ranking as #7. The list, which aired on MTV Jams on Sunday revealed the rappers that ranked from #10 to #4. Thus the far the list goes as follows: #4. Nas #5. Drake #6. Big Sean #7. Kanye West #8. A$AP Rocky #9. Future #10. Meek Mill Detroit rapper, Big Sean just barely missed the being in the Top 5, but it’s Kanye’s placement at #7 that’s causing all the drama. West, who typically ignores the press, called into New York’s Hot 97 radio program and had a mini-tantrum. Here’s what he had to say: “I feel like for them to put me at No. 7, they had to bring up things they didn't like, like they didn't like 'Cruel Summer' album. And I'm like, 'That's a compilation. It's not all rappers on [the album].' I mean, 'Cruel Summer' has 'Don't Like (Remix),' 'New God Flow,' 'Mercy,' 'Cold' ... you know? ... And 'Clique!' You can't name five records like that on an album. But they want to diss me and be like, 'He did Cruel Summer and he can't say he's not part of…
It looks like the rumors about LeBron James and his fiancée Savannah Brinson having trouble in paradise are simply not true. Brinson set the record straight at a recent charity event by saying she's still planning her trip down the aisle. "Yes, we are definitely getting married," she said in an interview with Gossip Extra, "but I'm not telling you when or where!" Rumors of a separation began the high school sweethearts began to circulate after Brinson missed several Miami Heat events attended by other wives and girlfriends, including NBA All-Star Weekend and the Heat's congratulatory visit to the White House. "Some people have nothing better to do than starting rumors," the 26-year-old said. "It's not because we're not together 24/7 that we're having problems." The bride-to-be said she prefers to spend her time doing better things than clearing up rumors. She's currently in search of the perfect charity to get involved with, and she's the mother of James' two sons, 8-year-old LeBron Jr. and 5-year-old Bryce.
First Lady Michelle Obama may travel the country to promote health and fitness through her Let's Move campaign, but she recently revealed that weight is never a discussion in her household. "I have two young daughters. We never talk about weight. I make it a point," the First Lady said in a Google+ Hangout on Monday. "I don't want our children to be weight-obsessed." Mrs. Obama admitted that her family faced weight challenges when her daughters were younger, but instead of talking about physical appearance she provided more healthy food choices. "We just started making changes. And we made changes in a way that didn't make [Malia and Sasha] feel badly about themselves; it didn't even make them feel any ownership over it. Because truly, kids that age can't control what they eat. So as the mom, I took it upon myself to make sure that we just surrounded them with foods that were healthy and that they could eat whenever they wanted to." she said. "The first thing that we want to make sure that we do is not make this an issue about looks." Mrs. Obama participated in her first ever Google+ hangout to celebrate the third anniversary…

No one expected Jennifer Hudson to win a Grammy award after losing "American Idol." I guess we just expected her to return to her hometown and give up on her innate ability to wow an audience with powerful vocals. That's the case, most of the time on "Idol," the inspiring artists we once voted for become just an occasional Youtube clip. Read more at http://hellobeautiful.com/2624365/american-idol-auditions/

Idris Elba is taking a break from acting this year so he can focus his full attention on his other love, music. (Can someone please pass me a tissue?) Our favorite chocolate boy wonder told Britain's Daily Mirror: "This year I'm not going to work as an actor so I can concentrate on music. I do it from the heart, not for the money." The British hottie, who DJs under the name Driis, is currently in the middle of a seven-week gig at a London nightclub. (Books flight!!) Beauties, as much as I love to look at Idris on the big screen, I'm not sure about this music thing. Take a look at our dream man in action:

Turn in your guns, get Beyonce tickets

The head of production company Family Tree Entertainment, Micheal Williams, is attempting to launch a gun buyback program in conjunction with the NYPD in exchange for the tickets to Beyonce's Mrs. Carter Tour. The program is called "Guns For Greatness." Take that in for a minute. Let it marinate. As someone who was trying to get tickets for King Bey's Barclays show in August–which was has sold out repeatedly–I know that getting your hands on a pair of the hottest tickets in town is damn near impossible. The Daily News got their hands on a letter from the NYPD about the Guns For Greatness program: "A disturbingly high number of these [gun] victims are young people. As Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Mayors Against Illegal Guns and others have noted strongly, the issue of gun violence is an urgent crisis that requires immediate attention." Yahoo News is reporting that Commissioner Ray Kelly is down for the guns for Beyonce tickets tactic. Kelly said, "We need to get as many guns off the streets, and if this works, we'd like to support it." With this program is still up for review and Beyonce not offering up her support (as of yet), there's no…
