Welp! It’s happened again. This time it’s Fat Joe who will be headed to Federal Prison for four months on tax evasion charges.AllHipHop.com is reporting that Fat Joe plead guilty to evading his tax responsibilities. However he claims that “fancy guys in bow ties” are the ones who mishandled his finances and helped him to the current position that he is in now.He did not only received the four months in prison however. Joe will also have to pay a $15,000 fine and be on one year of supervised release once he is free from prison.Fat Joe has reportedly failed to pay $718,038 in taxes from 2007 - 2010. He told U.S. Magistrate Judge Cathy Waldor that he will repay the entire sum. Although he lives in Miami, FL he made monies in New Jersey through Terror Squad Production Inc., Miramar Music Touring Inc. and FJTS Corp.Per Cliffviewpiolet.com, He remains free on $250,000 bail and must report to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons on Aug. 26 to begin serving his sentence.We will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.

The rapper's 12th studio album will be available to Samsung Galaxy users 72 hours before its official release on 4 July Jay-Z has surprised fans by revealing details of a 12th studio album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, due for release in less than three weeks' time.   DETROIT, MI - Get ready to rock at the Michigan Science Center. The museum, at 5020 John R, will unveil to the public Thursday a new exhibit called that show visitors how science and technology have changed the way music is made today. The exhibit is expected to included "a series of fun, engaging musical displays" and all visitors to "create their own compositions, remix famous songs and even use state-of-the-art technology to record themselves as singing, guitar playing and drumming rock stars," according to a press release.   Civil Rights leader Medgar Evers (pictured) was a trailblazer for racial equality in the South, all while displaying a tireless dedication to self-improvement, education, and fair treatment for citizens in his native Mississippi and abroad. On this day 50 years ago, Evers was killed in the driveway of his home by a Ku Klux Klan member who lived free for a time after the senseless murder. NewsOne takes a brief look back in the life of the late, great Medgar Evers.Born in the small town of Decatur July 2, 1925, Evers was one of five children to his parents, James and Jesse. The family lived on a small farm, while the Father worked in a nearby sawmill. Young Medgar would have to walk 12 miles to school each day, eventually earning his high school diploma. JURY SELECTIONThe trial against George Zimmerman for the death of Trayvon Martin will begin with jury selection. This is the most-important phase of the case. In jury selection, the prosecution and the defense attempt to reveal any biases of potential jurors. If they do not remove jurors with biases, the case may be compromised by that juror causing a hung jury or bringing in their biases in their decision of a verdict. These biases may include any history of being a victim of violent crime, if potential jurors have their minds made up about the case, or if they were involved in any organizations that may have racial biases. The potential jurors will be questioned about media exposure and what they know about the case. With the large amount of media coverage and the defense releasing potential evidence to the media, jurors will be heavily questioned about this exposure.
